Alguien sabe si se cobra mantenimiento de una cuenta que no registra movimientos de saldo desde el año pasado? No tengo fondos en la cuenta y no se como podrian cobrarme.
No encontre información al respecto en los términos y condiciones.

La IA dice que no, yo tenía entendido lo mismo, aunque ahora no encuentro un texto 100% claro al respecto.

Entiendo que se cubren con eso por una eventualidad, pero que no cobrarían nada.22.6 You may be charged an inactivity fee if you have not used the Payoneer Services, or you have maintained a Payoneer Balance of zero , for a certain period of time as determined by Payoneer in its reasonable discretion.
Acá no aclara si es una deuda que queda o acumula. Suena al caso en que transitoriamente no tenés plata.

En los términos viejos decía esto, que lo modificaron:If your account doesn’t have enough funds to cover the Annual Account Fee on the day it is charged, any available balance will be charged on the date of the fee charge until the balance is 0 (zero).

Ahora en 17.7 dicen algo parecido pero sin especificar balance en cero ni una cantidad de tiempo en particular.17.6 If for a period of six (6) consecutive months no transactions and no payments have taken place on your Account or a service provided thereunder, or if you have maintained a zero balance we may consider you to be “Inactive”. Once you have been deemed Inactive we may disable certain features and services, up to and including terminating your use of the Payoneer Services. If you are deemed Inactive, you may request Payoneer to reactivate your status at any time and Payoneer may reactivate your status, in its sole discretion.
