Realice lo que decian de ingresar el routing de otro bank y despues decir que da error, pero me mandaron este mail y no se como continuar, alguien me pude ayudar con los next steps?

How do I add a bank account?
You add a bank account to your PayPal account as follows:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Wallet.
Click + Link a bank.
Select Checking or Savings.
Enter the bank's routing number and your account number, then click Agree and Link.
Note:
Your routing number is the first group of numbers on the bottom of one of your checks. Routing numbers are usually 9 digits long.
Your bank account number is the second group of numbers on the bottom of one of your checks.
If you get a message saying "You have entered an invalid routing number", then either you have entered an incorrect number, or your bank is not accepted by Paypal.
Checking or savings accounts from the same bank may have different routing numbers.
You need to confirm your bank account before you can transfer money from it to your PayPal account.
Here are the two possible ways to confirm your bank account:
Log into your PayPal account.
Click Wallet at the top of the page.
Select the bank account to be confirmed, and click Confirm now.
Enter the codes, only the numbers after the comma, and click Save.
If your bank qualifies for instant bank confirmation, you can confirm your bank account almost immediately. Here are the steps that you need to follow:
On the page "Confirm your bank account," select "Instantly confirm your bank account on-line."
Enter the username and password that you use to log into your bank's website, then click "Continue."
If your bank does not qualify for instant bank confirmation, we will confirm your bank account by making 2 small deposits (each one for $0.01 to $0.99 USD) into the bank account that you want to confirm.
After 2 to 3 business days, review your bank statement or contact your bank to find out the exact deposit amounts. With this information, you can complete the confirmation process by Internet.
How do I add my bank account again?
The name on your bank account should match the name on your PayPal account. If you have changed the name on your bank account, remove that bank account and add the bank account with your new name to your PayPal account.
Here are the steps to follow for removing a bank from your PayPal account:
Log into your PayPal account.
Click Wallet at the top of the page.
Click the bank you want to remove.
Click Remove Bank.
Click Remove.
Here are the steps for adding the bank account with your new name to your PayPal account:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Wallet.
Click + Link a bank.
Select Checking or Savings.
Enter the bank's routing number and your account number, then click Agree and Link.

How often can I add a bank account to my PayPal account?
For your security, you cannot link a bank account that has been previously linked to 3 PayPal accounts, or which is currently linked to another account. You will need to use a different bank account. As an alternative, consider using your old PayPal account for making payments, instead of the new one, until this matter is resolved.
If you don't remember the email address you used with your old PayPal account, please follow these steps:
Go to the PayPal website.
Click "Problem with login?" in the "Account login" section. Select "I've forgotten my email address."
Enter up to 3 emails that you might have used to log into your PayPal account.
Enter the security code that appears, without spaces, and click "Continue."
If your email matches the one in your PayPal account, click "I know my password and I want to log in."
If none of the emails match, follow these steps:
Click "Other method" at the top of the page.
Enter your account information, including the last 4 digits of your bank account.
Enter the security code that appears, without any spaces, and click "Send."
The email that you used with your account appears in the "Account login" section on the page.
Note:
After logging into your old account, you should update your personal information, including your address and phone numbers.
To delete your new PayPal account, log into the account, click "Profile" and click on "My settings." Click "Close account" next to "Type of account."
